Максимальная доля населения с таким уровнем доходов проживает на Чукотке (78,2%), Ямале (74,2%), в Москве (74%), Магаданской области (73,2%), Ненецком автономном округе (72,3%), на Сахалине (60,4%), Камчатке (59,9%), а также в Санкт-Петербурге (55,8%), Югре (55,3%) и Мурманской области (54,8%).
