Чкалова, д. 42, о намерении обратиться в суд с исковым заявлением к Дмитриеву К.А. (кв. 23) - инициатору собрания, о признании недействительным решения по вопросу повестки дня № 7, принятому общим собранием собственников помещений в данном многоквартирном доме, оформленного протоколом от 25.11.2024 № 2, по вопросу выбора управляющей компании, в связи с отсутствием необходимого кворума.
