В Кирове подготовили Всероссийский фестиваль елок. Свои уникальные новогодние ели представили 89 регионов России. Каждая имеет статус с указанием региона или организации. Участники фестиваля привнесли в оформление вечнозеленых деревьев элементы народного искусства и творчества.

Каждую елку украсили яркими гирляндами, которые создают магическую атмосферу. Херсонскую елочку украсили игрушками мастеров округа и сотрудников Алешкинскинского центра и культуры и досуга.
