Наверное, уже пора президенту объявить о создании федерального округа или расширения, ведь только четыре региона не относятся ни к какому ФО.
При этом для вхождения в федеральный округ в новых регионах уже сформирована структура управления, которая может интегрироваться под полпредство и вертикаль управления. Это было бы знаково на годовщину признания регионов, логичный этап развития

The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
