⭕️Выполнено:
✔️ На всякий случай я был готов взять трансплантат из гребня подвздошной кости, но при ревизии области ложного сустава стало понятно, что необходимости в аутотрансплантате нет
✔️ Остеотомия отломков до «кровавой росы»
✔️ С целью сохранения длины решено умерено пренебречь осью локтевой кости. При каждом следующем опиле для получения конгруэнтных отломков — мы бы потеряли до 3 мм длины
