💡 *التعريف بالبرنامج:
سيكون برنامج معاقد الأصول في نسخته السادسة عشر بإذن الله على ثلاث مراحل:

١)المرحلة الأولى: مرحلة المبتدئ:
وتتضمن دراسة مقدمات في أصول الفقه ( الطريق لأصول الفقه )، ثم دراسة متن ( الأصول من علم الأصول)، بالإضافة إلى الدروس المُتممة من ( مجمع الأصول).

٢) المرحلة الثانية: مرحلة المتخصص:
وتتضمن دراسة كتاب "مختصر روضة الناظر" (البلبل) للطوفي بالإضافة إلى دراسة (شرح البيضاوي) رحمهما الله.

٣)المرحلة الثالثة: مرحلة التحقيق:
وتتضمن دراسة كتاب "جمع الجوامع" لابن السبكي رحمه الله.

💡 يبدأ البرنامج يوم الأحد ١ / ١ / ١٤٤٦هـ هـ بإذن الله، وتفصيل ذلك في الاستمارة المرفقة.

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
