🔻حوالی ساعت ۰۵:۰۰ روز چهارشنبه ۴ تیرماه ۱۴۰۴، گزارشی مبنی بر ریزش چاه به هلال‌احمر اعلام شد. پس از دریافت گزارش، دو تیم عملیاتی از جمعیت هلال‌احمر به محل حادثه اعزام شدند.

🔻با حضور نیروهای امدادی و انجام عملیات ایمن‌سازی، جست‌وجو و نجات آغاز شد. در جریان این عملیات، یکی از افراد گرفتار از چاه خارج و پس از نجات، برای ادامه درمان به مرکز درمانی منتقل شد.

🔻فرد دوم پیش از رسیدن نیروهای امدادی جان باخته بود. عملیات رهاسازی پیکر وی با همکاری عوامل شهرداری انجام شد و به عوامل انتظامی تحویل داده شد.
