Представители министерства энергетики и ЖКХ и концессионера на мероприятие не прибыли, хотя были должным образом приглашены. Зелёное поле на фото и есть многофункциональный центр, который строится , согласно соглашению почти полтора года и стоимость построенного составляет один миллиард сто шестьдесят миллионов рублей. Протокол по итогам мероприятия будет опубликован позже.
