В Красноярске режим неблагоприятных метеорологических условий первой степени опасности введен с 16-го до 18 марта. Руководитель Роспотребнадзора Красноярского края Дмитрий Горяев сообщил, что в регионе усилен мониторинг атмосферного воздуха.

This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
