Власти ряда регионов призывают граждан за вознаграждение сообщать о поджигателях.Так, в Забайкальском крае за сообщение о поджигателях граждане получат 40 тыс. рублей, участвовавшие в задержании поджигателей — 50 тыс. рублей.
