Политика обвинили в участии в работе Форума свободной России, деятельность которого генпрокуратура признала нежелательной в январе 2023 года.
Прокуроры нашли в интернете фотографии с IV Антивоенной конференции, на этом основании сочли, что Дмитрий Гудков принимал участие в деятельности Форума, и возбудили дело об административном правонарушении по ст.20.33 КоАП.
Однако не смогли надлежащим образом уведомить политика о рассмотрении дела, в связи с чем Савеловский суд Москвы прекратил производство.
