Согласно указу, образовывается Организационный комитет по проведению Года защитника Отечества, который возглавил руководитель Администрации Президента РФ Антон Вайно. Будет также образована Дирекция по проведению в России Года защитника Отечества. Также рекомендовано российским губернаторам проводить необходимые мероприятия в рамках Года защитника Отечества.
Ну, всё. Теперь уже официально наступил Год защитника Отечества. Пора начинать работать.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
