овсяноблин (или запеканка) с черникой в микроволновке

очередной вариант завтрака для привереды 🤪

ингредиенты 🧑‍🍳

⁃ 4 ст л овсянки
⁃ 65 мл воды
⁃ 2-3 черпака смеси (можно просто взять молоко 70-80 мл)
⁃ 1 яйцо
⁃ 2 ст л черники (или других ягод)

приготовление 🧑‍🍳:

1. в блендере переливаем овсянку в муку
2. добавляем воду, смесь и чернику, снова перебиваем
3. добавляем яйцо, перемешиваем и выкладываем в смазанную маслом форму
4. выпекаем в микроволновке 3 минуты (3 минуты я ставила на 450 Вт, и еще 1 - на 800 Вт)

приятного аппетита 😋
можно полить йогуртом/сметаной/пюре

Мирону я подала 1/2 порции со фруктовым пюре, также добавила банан и арахисовую пасту
