Протокол об административном нарушении за «демонстрацию символики экстремистской организации» был составлен на жительницу Саратовской области, которая публиковала фото с радужными флагами в соцсетях. Это первое подобное дело, и оно уже поступило в суд, сообщил проект «Первый отдел».
Согласно тексту из административного протокола, россиянка совершила правонарушение 13 декабря 2023 года, то есть за месяц до вступления в силу решения Верховного суда о признании экстремистским «Международного движения ЛГБТ». Фотографию с радужными флагами в Instagram нашел оперативник Центра «Э».
Фигурантке дела грозит штраф в до 2000 рублей или административный арест на срок до пятнадцати суток. При повторном нарушении ее могут привлечь к уголовной ответственности с лишением свободы до четырех лет.
