«На УИК была допущена процедурная ошибка. Голосование проходило без Реестра для голосования вне помещения. Злого умысла не было. УИК сама приняла решение признать избирательные бюллетени в три переносных ящиках для голосования недействительными», — заявили в челябинском облизбиркоме.
