Предусмотрено строительство трёх технологических линий по производству сжиженного природного газа (СПГ) номинальной мощностью почти 20 млн тонн. «ТотальЭнерджис» принадлежит прямая 10% доля участия в «Арктик СПГ 2». Другими участниками проекта являются НОВАТЭК (60%), в акционерном капитале которого «ТотальЭнерджис» принадлежит 19,4%, китайские CNOOC (10%) и CNPC (10%) и консорциум японских компаний Mitsui и Jogmec (10%).
