* "Bernard Langlois" - French political journalist* explains the 11 bitter rules of the Western media about the Palestinian-Zionist conflict as follows:

Principle number 1: In the Middle East, it is always the Arabs who initiate attacks, and it is always Israel that defends itself. This is called retaliation.

Principle number 2: Arabs, Palestinians or Lebanese are not allowed to kill civilians on the other side. This is called terrorism.

Principle number 3: Israel has the right to kill Arab civilians. This is called legitimate defense.

Principle #4: When Israel kills a large number of people, Western powers want it to kill less. This is called the reaction of the international community.

Principle number 5: Palestinians and Lebanese are not allowed to capture Israeli soldiers, even if their number is very small and does not exceed three people.

Principle number 6: Israelis have the right to kidnap people; They can take as many Palestinians as they want (about 10,000 prisoners, including 300 children). There is no limit. There is no need to prove the crime of the abducted persons. The magic word "terrorist" is enough.

Principle #7: When you say "Hezbollah," you should immediately add "backed by Iran and Syria."

Principle #8: When you say "Israel", you should never add "backed by America, France and Europe." This may give the impression of an unequal conflict.

Principle #9: Never talk about "occupied territories", or UN resolutions, or violations of international law, or the Geneva Convention. This may upset the emotional and psychological balance of the viewer or listener.

Principle number 10: Israelis speak French better than Arabs. This is because the Israelis and their supporters are given an opportunity to explain principles 1-9 to us. This is called journalistic impartiality.

Principle #11: If you disagree with these principles or think they favor one side, it's because you're a dangerous anti-Semitic.

This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added.
