19 декабря 2024 года арбитраж Москвы отказал Татьяне Бакальчук (Ким) и её фирме - ООО "ВБ Девелопмент" во взыскании более 37 млрд рублей с бывшего мужа - Владислава Бакальчука.
Решение не будет обнародовано. Дело в том, что Бакальчук-Ким, ссылаясь на некую коммерческую тайну ООО "ВАЙЛДБЕРРИЗ" и ООО "ВБ Девелопмент", попросила закрыть процесс от общественности. Но драка за маркетплейс Wildberries продолжается в рамках других процессов. Например, в начале декабря 2024 года Владислав Бакальчук подал иск в суд по интеллектуальным правам. Явно будут пытаться делить права на товарные знаки.
