1 kleine Dose Kidneybohnen gut abtropfen lassen 1 rote Zwiebel, oder 2-3 weiße Zwiebeln, je nach Größe 1 Knoblauchzehe 2-3 EL Majoran Salz und Pfeffer zum abschmecken Schuß Afelessig Schuß Aquafaba (ist das Wasser von Hülsenfrüchten und kein Muss) 1 TL Flohsamenschalen
Die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch klein würfeln und mit etwas Öl in einer Pfanne gut anrösten, dann den Majoran dazu geben und alles gut miteinander vermischen. Die Bohnen in einen Mixer geben und die abgekühlten Zwiebeln dazu geben, jetzt kommt der Afelessig, das Aquafaba und die Flohsamenschalen dazu. Alles gut mixen bis es eine schöne streichefähige Masse ist. Abkühlen lassen und in ein Glas geben. Es ist bis 4 Tage im Kühlschrank haltbar.
