Salz, Pflanzenöl und Mehl in das Wasser geben. Den Teig kneten, in Frischhaltefolie wickeln, 20-30 Minuten ruhen lassen. Den Teig in etwa 10-12 Stücke teilen. Tisch leicht mit Mehl bestäuben, Teig dünn ausrollen. In einer heißen Bratpfanne (ohne Pflanzenöl!!!) von jeder Seite 20-30 Sekunden anbraten. Fertig zum Besprühen mit Wasser, in ein Handtuch wickeln.
