Früchte und Gemüse in gleichmäßig kleine Würfel schneiden und in einen weiten Topf geben. Löwenzahnblüten und alle übrigen Zutaten zugeben und 2 Tage ziehen lassen. Mischung aufkochen. Unter Rühren ca. 35 Minuten dickflüssig einkochen.
