Die Hitze reduzieren, die Kartoffeln dazugeben und für ein paar Minuten mitbraten. Die Kartoffeln abkühlen lassen. Vor dem Servieren mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Wer mag, kann noch Limettensaft nach Geschmack unterrühren.
