[13:12] Таков был формальный принцип образования Австрийской монархии. Но случайное совпадение наследств не может же служить единственною связью разнороднейших элементов. Для этого необходима была и какая-нибудь объединяющая идея. Таких объединяющих идей, заключавшихся во временных внешних целях, было две: 1) защита раздробленной, разъединённой Германии от натиска централизованной Франции с запада; 2) защита, – как самих соединившихся под Австрийским скипетром земель, так и вообще Европы, от натиска Турок, разлившихся по Балканскому полуострову. Обе эти роли пали главнейшим образом на Славян разных наименований, составлявших главную массу австрийских народов и главную силу монархии Габсбургов, – не только по численности своей, но и по своему воинскому духу.

Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
