Петроградский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга привлек к административной ответственности Лику Дьячкину за совершение правонарушений, предусмотренных ч.1 ст.20.3 КоАП РФ.
Суд рассмотрел три протокола.
4, 9 и 17 октября 2024 года Дьячкина разместила у Соловецкого камня листы формата А4 с портретом. На листах было написано, что Леша - ее герой, ее президент, он в наших сердцах и еще про "Не забудем! Не простим!"
Таким образом, доцент кафедры финансов одного из ВУЗов нашего города Дьячкина осуществила публичные действия, направленные на демонстрирование атрибутики и символики экстремистских организаций.
С протоколами Лика Александровна не согласилась.
Суд назначил наказание в виде штрафа в размере 2 000 рублей за каждый протокол.

As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
