Калининский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга вынес постановление об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу несовершеннолетнему Зиёратшо Садирову, обвиняемому в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.2 ст.213 УК РФ (https://www.group-telegram.com/us/SPbGS.com/19627).
27.01.2025 Садиров был задержан и в этот же день ему было предъявлено обвинение. Вину признал.
Обвиняемый, защитник и законный представитель возражали.
