С одной стороны, для ее успешной работы (на примере С-400) нужна ракетно-артиллерийская группа из ЗРС «Бук-М1(2)», боевых машин ЗРС «Тор-М1(2, 2У)», ЗРПК «Панцирь-1, (-1С)», ЗРК «Оса-АКМ», «Стрела-10М3» и ПЗРК «Игла-1» («Игла-С») и «Верба».
