Очень рад, что наша область одной из первых субъектов Российской Федерации закрыла вопрос по частичной мобилизации военнослужащих требуемых военно-учётных специальностей. Безусловно, что это была командная работа во главе с Р.Э.Гольдштейном. Но самое главное, что это был ответственный и патриотический настрой людей, проживающих в области! Низкий вам поклон!
