На прошлой неделе к нам поступила жалоба от жителей поселка Карца, проживающих на улице, названной в память о жертвах трагедии в школе Nºl города Беслан.

Жители направили видеоматериалы, которые вы можете увидеть выше, зафиксировав критическую ситуацию с вывозом твердых коммунальных отходов (ТКО): обширные свалки мусора и отсутствующие контейнеры.

Жителям попросту некуда выбрасывать бытовые отходы, что создает крайне неблагоприятные санитарные условия и нарушает права жителей на безопасную и благополучную окружающую среду.

В связи с этим направил обращение на имя главы МО и АМС г. Владикавказ Вячеслава Эльбрусовича Мильдзихова с просьбой принять меры для разрешения возникшей проблемы.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number.
