В Бакинском суде сегодня, помимо Араика Арутюняна, отвечал на вопросы экс-министр обороны Арцаха Левон Мнацаканян

По утверждению азербайджанской стороны он заявил, что 20.09.2020 года было принято секретное решение, о котором он не был осведомлен. При этом Мнацаканяну приписаны слова, что он участвовал в войне против Азербайджана в составе регулярной армии Армении.

Следующее заседание назначено на 6 марта.

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
