Глава ведомства Эдуард Бутба рассказал первому замруководителя Администрации Президента России Сергею Кириенко, что пациентам с проблемами с сердцем часто приходится выезжать за пределы Абхазии для получения высокотехнологичной помощи, из-за чего в экстренных случаях они теряют драгоценное время.
По его словам, ежегодно с этой проблемой сталкивается около 750 жителей республики.
