В пояснительной записке к документу уточнялось, что закон предусматривал введение запрета на использование любых помещений, как жилых, так и нежилых, для размещения хостелов, гостиниц и других объектов для временного проживания неопределенного круга лиц. Соответствующие изменения предлагалось внести в Жилищный кодекс РФ.

Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns
