Проходит на пляже напротив Централ Фестиваля. Время запуска с 12 дня до 19:00 будет зависеть от погодных условий и ветра. На закате организаторы обещают запускать светодиодные кайты.

Разнообразные воздушные змеи продаются в специальных лавочках напротив торгового центра.

Своими фото и видео, а также временем во сколько вы застали или не застали змеев, можно делиться в комметрариях. Фестиваль продлится до 28 февраля.

There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
