Пока изучал все эти факапы обнаружил любопытный феномен. Есть предприниматели-мошенники, которые никогда не были в этом рейтинге, но почему-то им упорно приписывают победу в Forbes 30 до 30.
А еще американский Forbes в прошлом году сам рассказывал про факапы победителей. Но есть нюанс — там не особо следят за региональными рейтингами. Есть как минимум два кейса с победителями российского 30 до 30. Думаю, что в других странах тоже есть такие случаи, которые не выходят на глобальный уровень и мы про них не знаем.

Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
