Ленинский районный суд Тюмени рассмотрел ходатайство следователя об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении директора ГКУ "Дирекция дорожного хозяйства ЯНАО" Игоря Боркуна, 1967 года рождения. Он обвиняется в получении взятки в особо крупном размере (ч. 6 ст. 290 УК РФ).
По версии следствия, с июня по ноябрь 2015 года Боркун получил более 26 млн рублей взятки от посредников, действующих в интересах одного из ООО, пожелавшего выиграть тендер на торгах по государственному контракту. В случае победы ООО на торгах, Боркун, используя свое служебное положение, мог способствовать обеспечению его беспрепятственному исполнению и оплате.
По решению суда Игорь Боркун будет находиться в СИЗО до 30 ноября 2022 года.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers.
