Калининский районный суд огласил приговор бывшему зампреду Сибирского банка реконструкции и развития (СБРР) Инессе Бранденбург. Женщина обвиняется в хищении более 561 миллиона рублей (п. "а", "б" ч.4 ст.158 УК РФ).
Суд назначил ей наказание в виде 4 лет лишения свободы, с отбыванием наказания в исправительной колонии общего режима.
Кроме того, Брандербург предстоит солидарно с Горбоносовым, Кузнецовым и Мануиловым вернуть около 545 миллиона рублей, с учётом суммы частично возмещенного ими ущерба.
Приговор не вступил в законную силу и может быть обжалован.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
