Республиканский центр инфокоммуникационных технологий под руководством Кривошапкина Ивана, являющийся государственным оператором связи, объявил тендер на поставку за 4 776 000,00 рублей Программно-аппаратного комплекса «ОЛИМП-374».
Данный комплекс осуществляет съем голосового и сигнального трафика (прослушка), а также передачу информации в систему накопления данных (запись) в сетях фиксированной и мобильной телефонной связи.
Как указано на сайте производителя, этот комплекс осуществляет пассивный съем трафика (метод, используемый для сбора трафика из сети путем копирования трафика), декодирует протоколы сигнализации и содержимого вызовов, позволяет более оперативно получать информацию о местонахождении абонента и т.д.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
