Депутатпарламента Якутии Федоров Владимир привел в пример программу социально-экономического развития одного из Арктических районов республики до 2030 года, в которой чиновники заранее предусмотрели снижение числа жителей улуса и количества предпринимателей, а также учеников в школах.
При этом программа, все это предусматривающая , называется «социально-экономическое развитие», - подчеркнул депутат.
