Пока ждём подведения итогов года, вспоминаем лидеров продаж. Участником топ-10 старой Москвы весь год был "Остров" от Донстрой. В сентябре он показал рекордные +283% ДДУ к августу. И в ноябре очередной успех - проект стал самым продаваемым в старой Москве в сегменте бизнес-класса.

Два квартала уже сданы, и теперь можно посмотреть, как все это выглядит в реальности, а не на картинках. Одно дело, когда нам рассказывали о штучном итальянском мраморе, где из десяти плит Донстрой вручную отбирал только четыре. И совсем другое - увидеть этот мрамор в шикарном лобби третьего квартала.

Каждый новый дом на "Острове" дороже предыдущего. Квартиры в первом "островном" начинали продаваться в 2021 году от 350 тыс. рублей/кв. м. А осенью 2024-го продажи в седьмом квартале открылись с ценой от 690 тыс. рублей за квадрат. Поговаривают, что в новом году Донстрой представит девятый - последний квартал проекта.

VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS.
