"В прошлом учебном году в наших школах из 18 миллионов обучались свыше 200 тысяч детей мигрантов, у которых зачастую возникают трудности с освоением образовательной программы, сложности в общении со сверстниками и педагогами", — пояснил спикер Госдумы.
Закон будет принят до 10 декабря.
А те, кто уже обучается будут проходить эту проверку?
