Поэтому, он предлагает проверять ценообразование, затраты застройщиков и, на их основании, утверждать приемлемый диапазон цен.
При этом парламентарий высказался за дополнительные меры государственной поддержки для девелоперов. Но только для тех, кто строит просторное жилье, а не студии.
