По данным следствия, с декабря 2017 года по декабрь 2020 года Пригаров получил незаконное вознаграждение в 15 и 18 млн рублей за «покровительство». Задержали экс-прокурора 31 декабря 2020 года, а в следующем месяце уволили. Судебный процесс длится еще с апреля прошлого года.
