Кроме этого он отметил, что у Киева практически нет шансов вернуть ядерное оружие в качестве гарантии безопасности вместо вступления в НАТО. «Вероятность того, что они вернут свое ядерное оружие, ничтожна мала. Давайте будем честными, мы все знаем, что этого не произойдет», - подчеркнул он.
