Об этом сообщил депутат Госдумы от Ямала Дмитрий Погорелый. Новый приказ Минстроя вступает в силу 28 мая. Согласно ему, к Арктике, в том числе и к ЯНАО, будут применять методику расчета, которую уже применяют к Дальнему Востоку. Теперь воспользоваться льготной ипотекой смогут участники СВО и семьи погибших участников.
К педагогам и медикам больше не будет применяться требование об обязательном 5-летнем стаже работы по специальности, следовательно, льготами смогут воспользоваться молодые специалисты сразу после окончания вуза.
