Здание, которое долгое время стояло заброшенным и находилось под угрозой сноса. С 2013 года его начали реконструировать под многофункциональный комплекс с помещениями под аренду, не без проблем (прорывалиьс трубы, арендаторов арестовывали, гигантская прозрачная крыша текла). Но в итоге здание удалось спасти и удачно перепрофилировать.

В 2021 году здание сыграло роль главного офиса Lumon Industries в сериале "Разделение".

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media.
