Второй день говнища и мой сон + HRV

Первый в порядке, если бы было прям ровно то не было бы нескольких незаметных пробуждений и длинного в начале. Это было бы 9 часов почти полностью без пробуждений.

Второй не в порядке, это кстати на мой взгляд как можно распознать ПТСР у человека, просто смотреть за его HRV.

Для меня прям хорошо это 115-120, сейчас вот 92 ночью. (Больше - лучше но не до бесконечности :) )

В общем глобально мои знания работают даже при обстрелах😂

А вот со стрессом я думаю поднажать ещё + ромашкафенхельмаршиеллоурут должны поспособствовать

They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
