Власти Ардонского района не объявили аукцион на земли, несмотря на заявки
Как установила прокуратура, в районной газете было опубликовано извещение о предоставлении в аренду земельных участков площадью более 150 га для сельскохозяйственного производства.
По закону, в случае поступления двух и более заявок на предоставление земельных участков, органом местного самоуправления объявляется аукцион.
Несмотря на то, что от граждан и юрлиц поступило девять заявок, органом местного самоуправления аукцион не был объявлен.
Более того, проверка показала, что земельные участки засеяны сельскохозяйственной культурой.
