" والتحقيق: أنَّ صفاتِ الربِّ ــ جلَّ جلاله ــ داخلةٌ في مسمَّى اسمه، فليس اسمه «الله» و «الربُّ» و «الإله» أسماءً لذاتٍ مجرَّدةٍ لا صفةَ لها البتَّة، فإنَّ هذه الذات وجودُها يستحيل ، وإنَّما يفرضها الذِّهن فرضَ الممتنعات ثمَّ يحكم عليها.
واسم «الله» سبحانه و «الربِّ»، و «الإله» اسمٌ لذاتٍ لها جميعُ صفات الكمال ونعوت الجلال، كالعلم والقدرة والحياة والإرادة والكلام والسمع والبصر والبقاء والقِدَم، وسائرِ الكمال الذي يستحقُّه لذاته.
فصفاته داخلةٌ في مسمَّى اسمه، فتجريد الصِّفات عن الذات، والذات عن الصِّفات فرضٌ وخيالٌ ذهنيٌّ لا حقيقة له، وهو أمرٌ اعتباريٌّ لا فائدة فيه، ولا يترتَّب عليه معرفةٌ ولا إيمان، ولا هو علمٌ في نفسه.
وبهذا أجاب السَّلفُ الجهميَّةَ لمَّا استدلُّوا على خلق القرآن بقوله تعالى: {اللَّهُ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ}، قالوا: والقرآن شيء؛
فأجابهم السَّلف بأنَّ القرآن كلامه، وكلامه صفته، وصفاته داخلةٌ في مسمَّى اسمه كعلمه وقدرته وحياته وسمعه وبصره ووجهه ويديه"

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
