Одна из идей ослабления Российской империи была предложена в Германии. Суть данной идеи заключалось в том, что бы за счёт создания сепаратистских настроений, разделить страну на части и столкнуть эти части между собой.

In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage.
