📌 Еще год назад совместно с секретарем Первомайского местного отделения партии «Единая Россия», депутатом Ростовской-на-Дону городской Думы Чигвинцевым Виктором Викторовичем мы поддержали инициативный проект: «Текущий ремонт в целях создания комфортной среды обслуживания в Детской библиотеке имени А. Л. Барто МБУК Ростовская-на-Дону городская ЦБС».

✅ Отмечу, что объем проведенных работ внушительный. Были проведены общестроительные работы (ремонт кровли, потолка, пола, отштукатурены и покрашены стены, произведена замена дверей, установлены новые оконные блоки и т.д.), выполнен ремонт водоснабжения и водоотведения, отопления, электроснабжения и электроосвещения, проведено оснащение помещений пожарной сигнализацией.

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
