Но по регламенту фильм, получивший гран-при или приз за лучший дебют, не может получить другие награды. Что в этом году крайне несправедливо. Бесспорно лучший фильм, достойный гран-при, это «Кончится лето», писала о нем тут. Но приз за лучшую мужскую роль однозначно должен достаться Юре Борисову и Макару Хлебникову за роли в этом фильме. Но что-то будет не так. А жаль:((((

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
